Adrian Sell decided to have a crack at the English XC Championships, held on Parliament Hill near Hampstead Heath in London. Adrian put in a very creditable performance in a huge field of nearly 1700 runners, finishing 1013th in 51:36 over the 12k course.

In what I’m pretty sure is a first for the club, two Dashers won the same race as Guy Bowles and Chris Bradfield crossed the line together as joint winners of the 12km QX trail run in the beautiful Wasing Park near Aldermaston.

Giuseppe Rivelli went to Seville to run this marathon and came away very impressed with all aspects of the event, so much so that he’s already signed up for next year. He was also very pleased with his new PB of 3:09:31.
