Attached below is the Agenda for the Dashers AGM to be held at 7.15 pm on Tuesday 10th November 2009 in the cricket club bar (above our club house).

[Could last years trophy winners please bring their trophies back by the AGM in order to get them inscribed for the new winners.]

2008 Reports and minutes

There will obviously be no training that night as we would like to see as many members at the AGM as possible, we might even persuade the outgoing treasurer that the club will buy the first round of drinks.

There will be forms available to vote for Dasher of the Year at the AGM for those that haven’t used the ones in the clubhouse yet.

If you are attending the AGM please print off the minutes and reports as there will only be a small number available on the night.

Hope to see as many as possible there.

The AGM of The Datchet Dashers Running Club will take place on Tuesday 10th November 2009 at 19.30 hours in the Cricket Club Bar.

This is your opportunity to have a say in the running of the club and elect a new committee.

A number of the old committee will be retiring to the back benches after quite a few years service to the club, it is a good opportunity for some new blood to do their bit for the club.

All committee places (apart from Chairman) are open to any member to stand for so if you are interested please speak to one of the existing committee. We do need people to come forward to keep the club running.

Nearer the date Andrew O will be circulating committee nomination forms and voting forms for Dasher of the year trophy (the Dasher who in the eyes of the whole membership has done the most to help the club) so please keep your eyes open for these.

It would be nice to see as many of you as possible at the AM.
