Now that the Dash is done, why not put pen to paper (well fingers to keyboard) for the Summer edition of The Dasher?

As always Rich would love to receive as much as possible to continue the quantity (& quality if possible) of articles in past editions.

- gear reviews

- who is the Secret Dasher?

- training tips

- race tips

- food/drink suggestions

- new members – tell us a bit about yourself (running history, why you joined the Dashers, what you think so far)

- not so new members – tell us a lot about yourself and the Dashers

- caption competition photos

- anything!

Anyone who wasn’t at the club tonight missed a very happy announcement - two of our members, Tom Durance and Elaine Culverwell, got engaged over the Easter weekend. Many congratulations to both of you!

There’s another caption competition as well as lots of interesting articles, so get your thinking caps on!
