54 runs at 16 runs, led home by Rob McHarg who set a new MV50 5k club record at Bushy, beating his previous record by 24 seconds with a time of 17:21. This was also a new MV55 record at Bushy, and any record at Bushy is no mean feat. It was also an age grading of 88.4% which is the highest I have ever recorded for any Dasher.
There were also three PBs recorded at Upton Court. Kirsty Howe knocked 40 second off her best, Birgit Cunningham sliced off 38 seconds and Christine Fox 6 seconds. Well done all.
